POWERS staff is experienced in the installation and service of most types and brands of HVAC equipment on the market today. Several members of our staff hold Georgia Class II Unrestricted Licenses and the field personnel are certified in Refrigerant Recycling and several employees are currently testing under the industry NATE certification programs. POWERS has both a fulltime service department and full service sheet metal fabrication shop
Service
The service staff at POWERS is qualified to perform service on all brands of heating and air conditioning equipment. Additionally, they are qualified to service state of the art innovative new high efficient equipment before it enters the market. Our technicians receive regular manufacturer sponsored industry training and in-house specific training to standards of work on all HVAC system accessories such as zone systems, heat recovery/hot water furnace and boiler systems, humidity and air quality systems, hot water heater replacement needs, and smart home electronic controllers.
Residential
The residential retrofit/installation staff is trained and qualified to replace the existing heating and air conditioning systems in residential applications. They are qualified to make on-the-job mechanical system decisions, which enhance the customer benefit of the new systems being installed, and to recognize and correct potential problems. Each lead installer is trained in the proper airflow and system design specifications of the equipment they are installing. This department is also qualified to install any make or model air conditioner, air handling unit, furnace or heating unit, heat pump, hot water heaters, and all applicable accessories to these items whether fueled by electricity, natural gas or LP gas. When the job is complete, the staff continues to provide service to the customer for one full year under their service warranty program. At the end of the first year the service staff can provide the customer with regular maintenance tune-up programs and are available for all their future needs.
Mission Statement
POWERS maintains the maintenance and service records for the customers’ equipment reasonably containing operational costs. Through this practice POWERS is able to reasonably advise the customer of the life expectancy, energy consumption costs, and return on investment analysis of upgrading prior to the expiration of the useful life of the equipment.
